Philosophy,
At Orange Park Kindergarten we believe that young children
learn best by doing. The child at O.P.K is provided with the experience
in which they can actively explore their environment and manipulate
materials in order to learn.
We provide many opportunities for the
child to learn through play.
The preschool and kindergarten child needs to be in a place where a child
can grow and flourish intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.
Each child’s talents, needs, interests, and capabilities are unique to that individual.
Finally we feel it is our job to protect and bolster the young child’s self esteem.
It needs to be nourished by caring, perceptive and understanding teachers and staff.
O.P.K. was established in 1960. Our building was built with the sole purpose of
providing an optimal learning environment for children ages 2 through kindergarten.
I would like to ask you whether you have a kindergarten program for our son, who became 5 years old this March (born in March, 2010). We’re currently living in Tokyo, Japan but will be relocating to Orange Park in Jan, 2016. If you have a kindergarten program, can you please let us know about details, such as available opening, hour, class program and tuition. Thank you very much.
